Customer Qualifications

Frame Warehouse is a Distribution Center to the Custom Framing Industry.  Customers must be in business to resell items and may be required to provide proof of legitmacy.

Terms and Credit

You may request a Credit application to be emailed, faxed or mailed to you.  Accounts are Net 30 days to begin.  Special accounts may start at Net 15 days.  Credit Card can be on Auto-payment if customer wishes to provide the Credit Card Number.  Late charges are 2% per 30 days.  Any account over 90 days will be suspended until payment is recieved in full.

Ordering

Orders may be placed by Email, Fax, or Phone.  Please see the Contact Us page for more information.  When ordering please give account number or account name, and day of pickup or delivery. 

          Custom Ordering : When ordering custom matting, please give exact dimensions of inside and outside measurements of the mat, NOT the exact picture size.

Shipping

Customers pay for all Shipping Charges.  Shipping companys are as follows :

     Dan Foss Couriers

     Springliner Transport LTD (Lower Mainland ONLY)

     Greyhound Express

     Purolator

**Any other Courier company requested will be shipped COD**

Back Orders

Items may be back ordered at times, customer will be informed of back order before Shipment.  Shipments will not be sent out until customer returns call, or gives prior notice to send it.

Returns

Call us within 8 days of shipment arrival if there is any discrepancy in your shipment.  We will correct any errors immediately.  If moulding length is defected, please return the full stick, as no partials will be accepted. 

Cancelling custom cut product before product has been begun processing is acceptable, if cutting process has begun, we will bill for the full amount of product.

Items purchased in Customer Error will hold a 15% restocking fee.
