Frame Warehouse is a Distribution Center to the Custom Framing Industry. Customers must be in business to resell items and may be required to provide proof of legitimacy.
How Do I Place An Order?
Orders may be placed by Email, Fax, or Phone.
Please see the Contact Us page for more information. When ordering please give account number or account name, and day of pickup or delivery. Custom Ordering : When ordering custom matting, please give exact dimensions of inside and outside measurements of the mat, NOT the exact picture size.
Customers pay for all Shipping Charges. Shipping companies are as follows :

Returns & Refunds
Call us within 5 days of shipment arrival if there is any discrepancy in your shipment. We will correct any errors immediately. If moulding length is defective, please return the full stick, as no partials will be accepted.
Canceling custom cut product before product has been processed is acceptable, if cutting process has begun, we will bill for the full amount of product.
Items purchased in Customer Error will hold a 15% restocking fee.
Sale Items and Custom Cut product is not available for Return.
Terms and Credit
You may request a Credit application to be emailed, faxed or mailed to you. Accounts are COD days to start until a consistant purchasing/payment pattern is established. Special accounts may start at Net 15 days. We offer Auto Payment to Credit Cards if customers wish to provide a Credit Card Number. Late charges are 2% per 30 days.
Any account over 90 days will be suspended until payment is received in full.
Items may be back ordered at times, customer will be informed of back order before Shipment. Shipments will not be sent out until customer returns call, or gives prior notice to send product without the back order.
